General Terms and Conditions of STERNBR\u00c4U<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Valid from October 1, 2014<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

I. Reservation Policies<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

1. Room Preference<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

As an individual or a group (excluding bus tour groups), you may express a preference for a specific room. We will endeavor to accommodate your wishes to the greatest extent possible. Please note that the halls and parlors on the first floor are subject to minimum spend requirements, regardless of the number of persons reserved. More details can be found under point 6 of these reservation policies. The assignment of bus tour groups to our premises is always handled by our restaurant management, as logistical and administrative considerations are decisive in such cases. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

2. Outdoor Dining Area<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Please note that reservations in the outdoor dining area are generally not possible for bus tour groups. Individuals and other groups may also reserve tables in the outdoor dining area. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

3. Special Requests<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Please inform us of any special needs (such as specific barrier-free accessibility) and requests (such as special allergen-free meals) at the time of reservation, so that we can plan for these wishes and needs in advance.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

4. Punctuality<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

For reservations, we kindly request absolute punctuality, as the premises cannot be held for you longer than 15 minutes past the agreed-upon time. Should you or your group be delayed by more than 15 minutes, please call us at +43 (0)662 84 21 40<\/a> so that we can adjust our further planning accordingly. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

5. Minimum Spend Requirements (for Groups)<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Minimum spend requirements depend on the respective room and apply to groups wishing to reserve a specific room on the first floor (i.e., not bus tour groups). If the total bill falls below the minimum spend requirement, the difference must be paid.
Our establishment is equipped with state-of-the-art multimedia technology. Technical flat rates apply for the use of projectors, microphones, music, and lighting systems. The list of minimum spend requirements and technical flat rates is available upon request from the reservation management. This list is an integral part of every reservation contract with STERNBR\u00c4U concerning the aforementioned premises. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

6. Under-Occupancy (fewer persons than booked for the reservation)<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

If fewer than 80% of the booked number of persons are present, the restaurant management will charge an additional \u20ac10.00 per absent person. This flat rate will only be applied to \u00e0 la carte groups of 20 or more persons. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

7. Under-Occupancy for Menu Groups<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We will charge for the exact number of menus ordered. A final adjustment to the number is possible up to three days before your reservation. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

8. Payment<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

On-site (cash, debit card, or credit card) or prepayment (advance payment via bank transfer). We accept Maestro, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners. Payment via an online service (e.g., PayPal) is currently not possible. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

9. Seasonal Restrictions (during high season - June, July, August, and December)<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t

Due to high occupancy, during these four months, we can only book group reservations for the following times (this time restriction applies only to menu groups or groups of 20 or more persons):<\/p>
