Declaration on the obligation to inform

(Privacy Policy)

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us by form on the website, by e-mail or by telephone, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. If a reservation is made, the data will be entered into our reservation software and stored there.

Order processor

For the above-mentioned data processing, we use order processors. Your data will also be processed, at least in part, outside the EU or the EEA, namely in the USA. The appropriate level of protection is derived from the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries, which can be found here.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If you disable cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

If you use our table reservation tool or visit the quandoo.at website and reserve a table with us via this website, personal data will be collected from you and processed as described in the privacy policy available at https://www.quandoo.at/data_privacy.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enables an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts on our website. These are the fonts of the company Google Inc. For the European area, the company Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services.

You do not have to log in or enter a password to use Google fonts. Furthermore, no cookies are stored in your browser. The files (CSS, fonts) are requested via the Google domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. According to Google, the requests for CSS and fonts are completely separate from all other Google services. If you have a Google account, you do not need to worry that your Google account information, while using Google Fonts, will be transmitted to Google. Google records the usage of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and the fonts used and stores this data securely.

Google Fonts (formerly Google Web Fonts) is a directory of over 800 fonts that Google makes available to your users free of charge.

Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
